About Bob Willumsen
Bob has worked with leaders across a variety of organizations and business types for over 20 years. With a depth of experience as an executive in private, publicly traded and non-profit organizations Bob lives out his calling as an executive coach, leadership consultant and speaker in companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations. Bob serves as an executive director for the John Maxwell Team and he's the founder of Potential 2 Results, LLC. He also teaches in the MBA program at Union University.
Bob is a person of faith who believes the key to life is knowing who you are and whose you are. For Bob, this means living as redeemed child of God through Jesus Christ and doing his best to fulfill God’s calling and direction in his life.
Along with career success, Bob understands life is also about personal and relational health and serving others locally and globally. Bob is married to Christie and together they love to cheer on their daughter Ashley as she pursues her dreams as an artist and ministry leader in Chicago. Bob and Christie have walked on 6 continents (with no intention of walking on the 7th…Antarctica), most of which was done through community development mission work.
Bob and Christie lead programs that have helped hundreds of couples have happier marriages. Bob serves on multiple non-profit boards including The Salvation Army and the Scholars Academy which is focused on urban education in Memphis, TN.
Bob prioritizes his fitness through Crossfit and more recently endurance cycling. He is currently training for a 525 mile ride benefiting the West Cancer Center.
